Demonstration Classes:  
In these observation classes, students watch the chefs demonstrate expert techniques with quality ingredients. The classes are approximately 3 hours in length and include a sampling of the recipes made as well as a complete recipe packet. These classes are designed to ensure that students learn a variety of cooking techniques that may be applied to everyday cooking. Some of these classes are repeated throughout the schedule. Due to the popularity of our hands-on participation courses we offer limited demonstration classes in our schedule.

Participation Classes:  
In these classes, students will do the cooking under the guidance of professional chefs.  You will master professional cooking methods and techniques in these hands on classes that will provide you with a solid base of skills guarantying success in your kitchen.  You and your fellow students will conclude each day of intensive instruction with a full course meal with matching wines in the cuisine courses.  Courses normally run for 4 hours.  Times vary depending on the topic of the class and number of students.
